To Add Files to a Communication

Follow these steps to add files to a Communication:
  1. Open the Communication to which you want to add files.
  2. Select the Documents tab, and then select Related Document. This tab lists all documents that have been included with this Communication.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Upload.
  4. Select the file to open from the list, and then click Open. The file is added to the Communication.
  5. Repeat Steps 3 to 4 for each file that you want to add to the Communication.
